Germany hosted the EURO 2024, marking the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship. The tournament took place from June 14th to July 14th, 2024, culminating in the Euro Cup Final. This was Germany’s first time hosting the tournament since reunification, although West Germany hosted in 1988.

The tournament followed the same format as EURO 2020, with the top two teams from each of the six groups, along with the four best third-placed teams, advancing to the knockout stage. This ensured a thrilling competition leading up to the Euro Cup Final.

Berlin’s iconic Olympiastadion hosted the Euro Cup Final on July 14th, 2024. Spain emerged victorious, defeating England 2-1 to secure their fourth EURO title, a historic achievement in the competition.
