EURO 2020 Groups: A Comprehensive Overview of Teams and Key Players

EURO 2020, held across 11 European cities, features 24 national teams competing for the coveted title.

The tournament kicked off in Rome with a match between Italy and Turkey and will culminate in the final in London on July 11th.

Twenty teams qualified through the traditional European Qualifiers, while the remaining four secured their spots via the play-off matches, adding an extra layer of drama to the competition.

The teams are divided into six groups, each promising intense rivalries and exciting football. The top two teams from each group will automatically advance to the round of 16. Adding to the excitement, the four best third-placed teams will also progress, ensuring a highly competitive knockout stage.

Following the group stage, the championship will proceed with quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the grand final, showcasing the best of European football.
