Today, Euro Gıda stands as Turkey’s largest and a globally recognized leading producer of cucumber pickles, pepper pickles, roasted peppers, and roasted eggplant, cultivating 20,000 acres of contracted farmland. Our state-of-the-art facilities span 55,000 square meters of enclosed area, boasting an annual production capacity of 100 million jars. A significant 65% of our production is exported to 33 countries across Europe, North America, and Australia, solidifying our position as a truly global player in the preserved foods market.

Our dedicated team of agricultural engineers works closely with 4,000 contracted farmers, meticulously managing every stage of production, from seed sowing to crop harvesting. This collaborative approach ensures the highest quality raw materials for Euro Gıda’s premium product range.

• Automated cucumber filling and high-capacity roasting lines for efficient and consistent production.
• Fermentation tanks with a substantial 6,000-ton capacity, crucial for developing the authentic flavors of our pickles.
• Turkey’s largest pasteurization capacity, processing 52,000 jars per hour, guaranteeing product safety and extended shelf life.
• State-of-the-art 4-beam X-Ray units and dual labeling lines for stringent quality control and accurate product information.
• Four automated packaging robots and a 12,000 m² warehousing space with a 23,000-pallet capacity, utilizing FIFO & FEFO inventory management systems for optimal freshness.
• An advanced wastewater treatment system processing 3,500 m3 daily, reflecting our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Euro Ran boasts an impressive annual production capacity of approximately 3,000 tons of sun-dried tomatoes, 600 tons of oven-dried semi-dried tomatoes, and 48,000 tons of fresh tomatoes, further diversifying our product portfolio and solidifying our market leadership.
